Information about withdrawal

 

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), has taken possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods in a single order and these were delivered simultaneously;
on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered multiple goods in a single order and these were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done via email: support@trifemfashion.uk
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 30 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will this reimbursement incur any additional costs for you.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have:
received the returned goods, or
you have provided proof that you have returned the goods,
whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

 

Reasons for exclusion and expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer;
for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed upon in the contract, but which can only be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
for the supply of newspapers, journals, or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts:
for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
for the supply of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
